Implied Individual & Group Terms & Conditions
We thank you for your booking at the Mill Times Hotel. During your stay we shall do our utmost for you to enjoy your experience. While staying with us, you are subject to our terms & conditions which must be adhered to during the entirety of your stay.
* Details must be provided in full, including name, postal address, mobile/landline telephone number & e-mail address (when available)
* Deposits are non refundable
* A full rooming list containing each guests name, this must be provided 7 days prior to the arrival date. Changes to your reservation i.e. guest names, room numbers will be accepted up to 4 days prior to arrival. After this time, in the case of group reservations, in the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation, 100% of the first nights accommodation will be charged. It is hotel policy to request Identification to ensure all names given are correct.
* For individual bookings, the cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation or a non arrival the first night’s accommodation can be charged. Deposits are non refundable and are held as the non arrival fee
* A credit card number and expiry date must be provided to secure each group booking
* A pre–authorisation shall be carried out to the value of €300 on this credit card at the time of check in, as a security deposit in the event of any damages
* In the event of damage being caused to the hotel or hotel property, and/or refunds given to other guests, as a result of disturbances caused by any individual, the guest will be notified immediately in order to compensate the injured party. In the case of groups when an amount has been deducted from the credit card pre – authorisations given by you or individual rooms, the group leader will be notified
* In an incidence where a party comprises of members booking separately, with no group leader, a pre–authorisation of €50 per room can be requested as a security deposit
* The booking deposit payable to the hotel is a deposit to secure rooms being held as such it is independent of any securities claimed under our terms & conditions and is also independent of online booking deposits requested by online agencies, which is paid direct to such agencies.
* Children are accommodated sharing with adults only. Children's rates are based sharing with a minimum of 2 adults and should be accommpanied by 2 adults sharing. Adults are classified over 21 years of age.
* Children are not permitted to be in an area of the hotel where alcohol is available after 9.00 p.m. This is a legal requirement. Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
* Children under the age of 18, are not permitted to take a room in the hotel without the presence of a parent or a guardian.
* The hotel is not liable for the loss or damage to personal property left in common areas of the hotel. This is extended to street parking of vehicles.
* All guests have an implied agreement to indemnify the hotel for any losses or costs acquired resulting from a breach of our terms and conditions
* By signing the Hotel registration card you are automatically subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel
* Room Charges are not permitted, in the case of cash paying guests
